" [ JUCKS ] is an hypothesis
waiting to be confirmed, faithfully (and jealously) watching itself develop under its own eyes, bearing faith in all of its moves;
at the same time, it is a document, a collection of sites, a sequence of clauses, a way to express the inexpressible ...
it fugues, it moves on and around you, operating within a path of spectatorial engagement that demands a courage to abandon familiar modes of cinematic pleasure in favor of more demanding forms of encounter. "
— Clemente Ciarroca

Immer-sive fund-raiser night
The director hosted an immersive, experiential fundraiser event midway through film production. the event was held inside of a 14,000sqft warehouse in which key scenes of the movie were filmed.
the event featured projection art built from test footage, experimental dance performances within set pieces used for filming, and a live-mixed soundscape performance from the score composer.
admission, concessions, and auctioned art pieces brought an additional $5,000 to propel the film through post production and distribution.
The film is currently in a global festival run and the director seeks distribution through non-traditional infrastructures and alternative platforms supporting it as an expanded medium.
